McCollum still opposes gay and lesbian adoption
Current Attorney General, and candidate for governor, Bill McCollum is making clear he still opposes adoption by gays and lesbians in an interview with the Broward Sun Sentinel.
We kinda got the clue that he didn't like gay and lesbian adoption when he hired discredited witness George Rekers to defend Florida's ban for a whopping $120,00.
In the video he walks through the current court case and his personal beliefs.
When asked why he thinks it's so important for a man and a woman to raise a child he said "I just think it is" and "That's the way god intended it."
Another gem:
"I don't believe the gay family model is good for the kids."
