You will learn how to support the lawsuit challenging Florida's ban on gay adoption by changing the hearts and minds of your friends, neighbors, and communities. Learn more about the training and register here.

While adults are learning to speak out on the adoption ban, children can take part in meaningful activities, too:

FAMILY EQUALITY COUNCIL PROGRAMMING

Youth Programming

Family Equality Council will provide programming for youth ages 9-13, which focuses on increasing self-esteem, building community, and developing leadership skills in the context of age-specific issues such as responding to bullying and engaging social media. In addition to providing a platform of support, this training is intended to prepare youth to tell their personal stories in support of efforts to repeal Florida's adoption ban.

Children's Programming

Family Equality Council will provide programming designed for children 3 to 8. The children's programming focuses on celebrating LGBT and all loving families through arts & crafts, games, stories, and more!
