We’re working to improve Florida’s reputation as a welcoming place to live, work, and visit by highlighting pro-equality businesses that have adopted comprehensive nondiscrimination policies and have demonstrated their commitment to valuing and proactively including all employees.

We’re working to end HIV stigma, reduce transmission, modernize outdated laws, and ensure all Floridians have access to accurate information, prevention, and care.

We’re honoring the 49 lives taken at Pulse by turning remembrance into action—mobilizing people around the world to confront bigotry and hatred in all forms. Each June, this global call to action reaches tens of millions during Pulse remembrance month.
