We generate new, innovative ways of treating and addressing barriers to care for our clients through a network of pharmacies, thrift stores, health and wellness centers, affordable housing locations, and food-service programs.

The LGBTQ Community Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida makes grants that support community organizations and institutions, so they can better serve the local LGBTQ community. Established in 2014, the fund has made over $1,000,000.00 in grants in Northeast Florida and invested $120,000 in local research and convenings to improve the lives of those in the LGBTQ community. Equality Federation is an advocacy accelerator rooted in social justice, building power in our network of state-based lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) advocacy organizations.

Florida Blue Foundation seeks to help people and communities achieve better health. In 2023, the Foundation provided 463 grants totaling $20.3 million to improve the health of local communities, with a commitment to improve health equity by impacting food security, advancing mental well-being, growing healthy communities, and addressing health disparities.

The LGBTQ+ Equity Fund is a philanthropic collaboration led by Our Fund Foundation, the National LGBTQ Task Force, and The Miami Foundation, in partnership with numerous other allies, champions, and supporters.
