WASHINGTON, DC -- This morning, the United States Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization (JWHO) has overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, two foundational rulings that affirmed our Constitutional right to abortion and privacy. Twenty-six states are now poised to ban abortion after this decision, including 13 states with “trigger bans” on the book. Equality Florida issued the following statement:
