"NEW PORT RICHEY (FOX 13) -
In an about face, the Pasco County Clerk now says same-sex marriages can be performed on county property.

Locations to obtain marriage licenses:

• Lakeland: 930 E. Parker St. 33801 Room 240
• Winter Haven: 3425 Lake Alfred Rd. 33881 Polk County Government Center
• Bartow: 255 N. Broadway Ave. 33830

Note: No appointment necessary for ceremonies.

Location to obtain marriage license:

410 St. Johns Ave Palatka, FL 32177
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (stop processing licenses at 3:30pm; must be in there by that time)

Note: Appointment for ceremonies? Walk-in; at their convenience

Courthouse will not be open for ceremonies. 

They do perform ceremonies too.
