LGBTQ Floridians are protected from discrimination under the law! The Florida Commission on Human Relations has announced it will implement the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Bostock and investigate claims of anti-LGBTQ discrimination. That means any LGBTQ person who experiences discrimination has the right to pursue justice - no matter where they live in Florida. This is a total victory for the LGBTQ community.
