Register For The 2023 All Together Now Conference

All Together Now: Fostering Inclusive Schools for LGBTQ Students Conference will be held virtually on Thursday, February 23rd, and Friday, February 24th, 2023. All Together Now is Florida’s premier conference for upper-level school district leadership to learn about the needs, well-being, and resiliency of LGBTQ+ students, students’ families, and staff.

Equality Florida's Safe and Healthy Schools program is working across the state with senior leadership, including superintendents, to assist districts in becoming more inclusive for all students. Since the first conference in 2014, All Together Now has been fundamental in expanding and institutionalizing best practices across the state supporting and affirming this population. The 2022 All Together Now Conference had over 500 attendees, with participation from two-thirds of Florida's school districts. In 2023, the conference is expected to again bring together more than 500 school district leadership officials, representing more than 80% of Florida’s public school population. Individuals regularly joining us include superintendents, school board members, attorneys, student services directors, equity coordinators, mental health professionals, and district PTA presidents.

This conference is led by Equality Florida’s Safe and Healthy Schools Program and is a joint project this year with the Florida School Counselor Association, Florida Association of School Psychologists, Florida Education Association, and the Florida Parent Teacher Association.
