BIG NEWS: The Equality Act has passed in the U.S. House of Representatives!

This historic legislation is the most comprehensive LGBTQ civil rights bill ever filed in Congress and will protect LGBTQ Americans from discrimination in nearly all areas of life — including education, credit, and even jury service.

Now, all eyes are on Senator Rick Scott and Senator Marco Rubio as the Equality Act heads to the Senate. It’s time for them to join the majority of Floridians who support equal rights regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity — and vote YES on the Equality Act.
