Patsy Taylor

Patsy Taylor serves as Equality Florida’s Director of Finance & Accounting, where she oversees the organization’s financial operations and supports its mission through strategic financial leadership and stewardship. She joined Equality Florida in October 2022.

Patsy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of Florida and holds the Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designation. She is a member of both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Patsy earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Jacksonville State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Equality Florida, she built her career through accounting and finance roles in both public and private organizations.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Patsy has proudly served in the Army National Guard for 25 years. As a member of the 151st Army Band, she has served as a clarinetist and saxophonist and currently serves as the unit’s Assistant Operations and Training NCO.

Patsy lives in Pensacola with her husband, Anthony, and their sweet dog, Fred. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active, traveling as much as possible, and never passes up a good movie.
