2025 Pride At The Capitol Campaign

Join The Resistance

The 60 most dangerous days in Florida have begun: The 2025 Legislative Session. Last year, we were up against incredible odds as we fought back against 22 anti-LGBTQ bills. But we stood together, and with our collective power, we defeated 21 of 22 bad bills and passed a good HIV bill. Now it's time to do it again! This session, DeSantis and the GOP supermajority are pushing an extreme agenda of censorship and government control, taking aim at our rights and freedoms — including bills that make local pro-LGBTQ and equality policies illegal, attack the very existence of transgender Floridians, ban Pride representation, and dismantle DEI and minority support and inclusion programs.

Equality Florida's Pride At The Capitol Program

Equality Florida will be in the Capitol every single day of Florida's 60-day session. Pride At The Capitol is our session-long program to show up and fight back against Governor Ron DeSantis and the GOP supermajority bills aimed at taking our freedoms, censoring our voices, and infringing on our rights. This is our time to mobilize our community and allies to defeat as many harmful bills as possible, reduce the damage of any legislation that may pass, and champion our proactive legislation. Join us for a day, two days, or the entire week to speak with lawmakers, attend committee hearings, and make your voice heard. Sign up using the links below.
