This was one of those rare and beautiful moments in our work. What Janice experienced - losing your life partner and being denied access to her during her final hours - is unimaginable. Last night's forum was an important step in the healing process - huge thanks to Janice for her incredible courage in telling her story. It was a powerful night, and we'll keep working with the hospital to ensure the strongest possible visitation policies are in place in the future.
