We should make IRS inforce the tax exempt laws and pull the tax exempt status on these churches that are funding and promoting political agendas. It is against the law for them to do that. Let's hit these groups where it hurts. They have no problem taking away our rights, then we should enforce the laws on these groups and take away their tax exempt rights.

Is equality florida or no on 2 making a formal complain or appeal? There are so many organizations, leaders, and people out there (like me) who worked so hard to get the word out and fight this thing. I feel like now everyone is just admitting defeat and closing up shop. No one is telling us what we can do to fight this.

what can we do as a group? help anyone?

We should not settle for this! It was unconstitutional for this to be put on the ballot in the first place. Can you imagine If there had been the option to vote on an amendment to take away rights from any other minority group. Can you imagine if voters were allowed to take away rights from Jews, Latinos, or African Americans? They would not settle for this and neither should we.
We should be following the lead of those in California who are filing lawsuits and protesting in front of our Court Houses and in front of any of churches, organizations, etc. who had anything to do with this being put on the ballot. And, for any minorities in this state who voted yes on this "Amendment", SHAME ON YOU!!! You should know what discrimination feels like.
